BA(Hons) Digital Arts

This exciting new programme provides students with practical skills, creative thinking and design expertise in the digital arts, opening up career opportunities in a range of areas within the creative industries.

In the first year, our programme offers a broad grounding in digital media, including website design, digital photography, moving image, graphic design, and special effects. In the following years you go on to explore digital filmmaking, 3D modelling and animation, compositing, digital portfolio production and design for print.

There is an option to transfer into our BSc (Hons) degree in Multimedia Technology and Design after the first term of study.

Offer Levels

  • A/AS level 320 points (21 units) including BB at GCE A level or VCE A level.
  • BTEC National Diploma at DDM level.
  • IB 33 points
  • EB 78% overall
  • Additionally, students should have GCSE English Language and Mathematics to at least grade C.

Direct admission to Stage 2 of the programme is also available to suitably qualified students.
