I am responsible for leading the strategic direction of the technical support teams, comprising of the Engineering support team, the IT Support team and the Front line support team.
I am responsible for the planning and management of the technical support services and I am accountable for all technical support provisions within the School. I deal with students and staff at all levels with varying degrees of complexity, ranging from simple technical queries to leading edge research projects.
I am a passionate leader and value the importance of building a strong team ethos and culture. I am committed to establishing excellent working relationships with staff and customers at all levels, empowering and developing skills
