Mark Ellis obtained his degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering at the University of Leeds. Following University he worked in a UK sub-contract design and manufacturing firm initially as a Design Engineer and later as Engineering and IT Manager. Following a period in industry he moved to work at the University of Kent. Over the last decade he has grown the IT & Technical Support operation to a significant size delivering first class support to an international standard teaching and research school.
