Applicant and Open Day information
Students holding an offer of a place at the University of Kent are invited to attend one of our Applicant Days.
I attended your applicant day yesterday. It was a really informative day and extremely well organised. It also helped me understand life at Kent and what the course involves. I have therefore decided to accept my unconditional offer.
I just wanted to thank you for giving me the opportunity to attend your visit day last week to see the campus and School of EDA. The course talk (Digital Arts) was really brilliant – seeing all the students work was so useful to fully understand the course programme, and it was great being able to chat to your current students! I’m now really excited about coming to Kent Uni.
The School of Engineering and Digital Arts welcomes students with an offer for one of our traditional engineering or digital media degrees on one of our Applicant Days. You will be invited to attend one of these days.
The programme will include various presentations, tours of our excellent teaching and research facilities and visits to many other facilities on campus as well as securing comprehensive answers to any outstanding questions. You will also have the opportunity to meet with teaching staff and current students.
Really eventful day, very informative and insightful, a cut above the other universities we had previously visited.
In addition to our formal Applicant Days, the University also holds Open Days, intended to give anyone who is interested in finding out more about the University a chance to come and visit.
These events are open to everyone, but schools are particularly welcome. During the day, you will be able to seek admission advice, attend subject specific presentations, tours, demonstrations as well as getting a feel for the School and the Campus as a whole.
I am writing to thank you and your colleagues for a very interesting and informative day on Friday. We all enjoyed our visit and came away feeling that you had covered all the different aspects of the course, accommodation and life at the University of Kent and answered all our questions.
